Adding Recurring Activity (Meeting, Coaching, etc.)
Currently, I am manually adding weekly meetings, bi-weekly QA coaching in RC and it's taking so much time to do this because I have to put a reminder on my calendar to make sure that these are being coded appropriately and timely. I am wondering if there is a way to add a feature like recurring meeting (weekly, bi weekly) like MS Teams when setting up recurring meeting that you can set if it's bi-weekly, daily, monthly and days and end date available.

Update your help and support to reflect the current version
My video is mirrored in RingCentral. That needs to be fixed. According to your help and support files, there should be a setting for that. There IS NO SETTING IN THE APP. Yes, I updated, No it is not there. FIX YOUR HELP SCREEN OR FIX THE APP. Either one. Thank you.

Please add tan and brown as options for hands and people emojis. There are only whites available and that's a huge oversight.

Mute other Participants
When in a meeting with a mix of remote participants and ones in the same room, You end up hearing an echo when anyone in the same room speaks(once through the air, and then after a slight delay through the meeting). Please add the ability for individual attendees to mute others.

Participants entering and leaving
It would be useful if the observer can mute the beeping sound of the participants from entering and leaving the meeting. It’s very distracting!! and during the meeting I can’t mute it. Can you have a section on the window on the left side of the participants drop down?

WEBINAR Panelist waiting room before going live
My customer would like to have this type of feature where panelist can talk to co-panelist before the start of session in webinar privately.Then have a Go live option once everything is set.

Allow participants to join before host should be a default
it's annoying for this to be off by default, most of our users prefer this settting to be on.

Add company change without new account
I was using a silly name for a while, and it changed to my business. I don't want to switch accounts, and I have a small business I want to set that field to! Help!!

Ability to click to zoom on a meeting to make content larger on the screen
Would be nice to click to Zoom into the the content on the screen, the view option is nice but not enough .

bug in the "quote" button
If you type a message first, and then press "quote", everything you typed is deleted.This behavior is not present in telegram or WhatsApp.I believe that everything typed should not be deleted by pressing the "quote" button.

Add feature to have RingCentral dial a user
Rather than calling in each time, when selected in audio options, allow the user to select to call them. This feature exists in other meeting programs and as an enhancement would make RingCentral equal to others.

Add ability to switch between wide/telephoto cameras on multi-cam phones
Almost all modern phones have multiple back cameras. One for wide-angle, one for telephoto, etc. There are typically APIs available in each mobile OS to select a specific camera for video source. There have been a few scenarios where providing telephoto or wide angle video would've been handy.

I am learning sales and have a coach. however they and I are both remote. I would love to be in a video conferance with them and be able to make my cold calls so he can listen in. Thank you

Create an existing meeting without having to specify day/time for the recurrence
It is so helpful to be able to create a meeting that doesn't have a specified day/time when the meeting occurs weekly but at different times.

Be able to zoom in on presenters screen
If a presenter has a large or wide screen, then it make everything too small to see. We need a feature to zoom in especially if it's a support type call.

Upgrade does not allow to Screen Share if the window is not in full size mode.
