  1. Invite company team member to an active video call or screen share

    From the invite participants button, there should be an option to send a direct message to a company team member, and/or the ability to call their extension. Currently, the option to call by phone does access my contact list or allow me to enter a fellow team members extension. If I use the desktop app to call them, or they call me, there has to be an easy way to merge or move that call to an existing meeting.Case example. I am hosting a screen share (or video meeting) with someone. I want to invite a colleague to this meeting.…

  3. Share video cloud recording with external parties

    We would like to share links to cloud meeting recordings as we need to share this information with clients for trainings, for example. We would like to be able to share these meeting recordings without having to download the file and send the recording to the client/customer.

  5. Show my connection status when I'm sharing. And let me mute myself.

    when I'm sharing I have no idea if my connection satisfies requirement to share.also I don`t know if anyone can hear me.and I'd like to have an option rapidly mute myself if something happening when I'm sharing.So my proposal is to enrich floating top panel with two buttons. One for mute/unmute. And another for looking connection details when it clicked (not hovering, but exactly clicked)

    Our customer believe that its beneficial to have the feature to allow Shared Screen in one monitor and the Gallery to another to show the full page of the list of participants

  8. Ability to disable "unmute with spacebar" in RCV meetings

    If a user is typing while in a meeting, sometimes the spacebar triggers the microphone to unmute unintentionally. We should have an option to disable that feature in the RCV settings. It doesn't need to be completely removed as it is a convenient feature, but it can be troublesome when in meetings as a listening party only.

  9. Manage Branding - customize url, logos, backgrounds, watermarks in Meetings, Invitations

    As a user paid commercial white label of Zoom we expect RC to offer the same features at a minimum. Currently branding is only supported in a limited way in webinars at RC. What we need is at LEAST the same features Zoom supports.   10. Hide Non - Video Participants

    Currently the Ring Central platform shows cell phone number as two separate users. In other planforms there is a way to "Hide Non-Video Participants". I suggest that Ring Central add a way to hide the cell phone numbers of those who enter a video call using their cell.

  11. Agenda and timer host tools for managing meetings

    I would love to have more built in tools as a meeting host on managing my meeting set up and live meetings. A timer to track topics and a way to have the agenda topics show up on the screen in a way where you can easily manage your meeting would be cool and a differentiator from our competitors. Imagine I set up a meeting, I am able to build out an agenda with links to any decks or materials I need for my meeting. The agenda is automatically added to my meeting information in Outlook.   12. Provide full screen viewing of shared screen - hide toolbar

    I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. This makes it impossible to use screen sharing for user training.     It would be useful to have the video chat minimize so it's just a pop up of the participants and you can work on your computer while you talk.

  17. Allow Moderators to Control Breakout Rooms

    The moderator function doesn't have the ability to manage or set-up breakout rooms. Without the previous co-host or the ability to assign a new actual host, this means that breakouts cannot be used if the host has to leave a meeting.

  18. Providing music mode for audio

    Would like to have a music mode option for audio to help optimize sound quality when someone is playing a musical instrument. We've had this option with other services and it works really well.

  20. More like Zoom feature

    Collins-mgmt: On the RingCental Meetings app, there's a little drop down menu at the bottom called "More," and when clicking that button you can access multiple features such as "put participants in the waiting room on entry." While I was conducting a meeting the other day I couldn't find this feature and we need it and were using it before. Also, I was unable to click on any participant's phone number or name in order to update the name. Is it possible to add these features to the RingCentral Video app?
