I just discovered that this feature is missing (it was there in the previous version before you forced us to move to your new RC meetings). THIS NEEDS TO BE PUT BACK - PERIOD!!Either that, or give us a way to record meetings locally, so we can do what we want with them. Having to wait 30+ minutes after a call for the system to send me a link, just so I can wait longer to download the recording (and re-upload to dropbox/google drive/etc. to share) is just silly.PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!(And take away the "prompt" for your stupid webinar product. If I want webinars, I'll ask but too many times I have to move that stupid thing out of the way just to answer a phone call.

...with the link can view the recording. The In-App Sharing requires the user to click the Share button for each Participant to share with. This is not a scalable model if the user wants to share with more than 5-6 users. - Having the Shared Recording link (similar to Zoom) is very helpful so user can potentially do a copy paste into an email or Glip team to share. - My Participants did not receive an email notice that a recording was shared (I remembered zoom sends an email), so it was not intuitive for the Participant to go into their RCV app and Recording tab to find the recording Also, Share recording is not available on ServiceWeb. This is also very useful especially for sharing with a large number of recipient. Storing and sharing recording is a very crucial requirement for video meetings, so I hope that enhancements can be added and supported with the Partner brands, e.g. AT&T as well.Customers who have asked for this and cross referencing user votes and accounts. This is a very important feature and I have multiple meetings daily and it would save an enouenormousrmous amount of time.Imagine that you have 12 participants, and you can't "share" it with them because they are not employees registered in RingCentral. It is a big hassle. This does not happen on Zoom. You can easily share the recording with them or any participant.

we were able to share rc video recordings in the past. we need to share recorded video links outside the organization.

Yes 100% agree with the feature request. Not having the ability to share a recorded RCV to external email addresses via a simple link is a huge pain point for our users.

This is definitely needed. This caught us by surprise. We like the RCV platform but have to hold on our rollout until this is resolved.

Currently RCV only allows you to share RCV recordings directly with participants in that specific meeting. It would be useful to have a direct link to the recording that anyone could access, sent by some other means (e-mail, IM, etc.). The inability to do this requires a presenter to go through the trouble of downloading the video, then re-uploading it to a video sharing platform. While possible, it's a lot of extra steps and those steps were not necessary in the RingCentral Meetings platform.An example of use case is a company training session that we'd then like to send out to any staff members who might have been unable to attend the meeting. A link to the recording would not be able to be sent to these individuals with the current sharing implementation.

Provide the ability to share meeting recordings on the RingCentral Video platform with outside email addresses.

It would be really easy to share a meeting after a recording via a link, the partner/customer will not need to login or download an app to view just open straight in Chrome via a link sent via email.

Frequently one needs to share video recordings to potential clients, third party vendors, etc. and the feature is limited to internal contacts only. It would be very helpful to be able to share directly from the portal instead of the current workflow of downloading the recording, uploading it to a cloud service (Google Drive, OneDrive) and then sharing. Video files are too large to share via email, so it requires multiple steps.

Some of our users have poor internet so downloading a recording and then uploading it to some cloud file hosting platform is not the best option. If there was an option to share the recording externally, that would cut down on time and bandwidth.
