Jennifer, are you sure this is implemented? The attachment you provided specificaly says that automatic meeting recording is only available if RingCentral Meetings (not RingCentral Video) is selected as the video service.

@Jennifer Del Rosario was this released? I realize it's only a few days but I don't see it available yet.

This Beta has been closed, if you've been selected for the Beta, our product team will be reaching out! We will keep you posted if you were not contacted for Beta in November.
Thank you!

This should be urgent now. The RC Phone app is no longer usable, so I can’t be logged into the Unified app and the Phone app at the same time. And switching accounts on the phone app is not easy, which means I need to fully login and log out just to view SMS to and from the mainline on mobile. On desktop I can still use the RC Classic Phone app and be logged into RC Unified at the same time, but it’s still a hassle.

This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting. There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239 -

This seems so close, I couldn't imagine it's not possible. I can record meetings, but there's no easy way to export that recorded meeting to a third-party transcription app, such as Otter or one of the many others available.

Yes, would love this! I'm considering switching to Zoom & Zoom phone for this reason alone.
