Please provide separate call-in numbers for “RingCentral Rooms” admins and guest. My guest gets confused and report that it doesn’t work because they don’t have a participate ID. There are no participant IDs for guest, it just confuses them. Please simplify the “RingCentral Rooms” and give admins a separate call-in number. This would be a great opportunity to improve the product. Please help!!!

Option to transfer Meeting Host
Using RCV appCustomer needs an option to transfer host or edit scheduled meeting and change host.Verbatim: I have a meeting that I am the host of and will be on vacation soon. I need to transfer the host to other participants so they can meet while I am on vacation.

We have lots of numbers available to use for caller ID. It would be great to have a smart search field available for the caller ID list to quickly set CID to the desired number.

This is to have an option to remove the audio and/or video on a recorded RCV Meeting and just record the screen sharing part of the meeting.

Able to Change Shared Content in RCV (Without stopping and re-sharing)
Currently when sharing screen content in RCV there is no way to change the content being shared without stopping sharing and re-sharing. This combined with the many seconds lag in the process of stopping and restarting sharing causes uncomfortable pauses in collaboration. - Begin able to seamlessly change sharing without downtime or pauses would be much appreciated.

Get rid of the obsolescent RingCentral Meetings video service
We've moved over to RingCentral Video for meetings since Jan 2021 but the UI is still littered with settings and options for the old RingCentral Meetings. It causes endless confusion.

Integrate with Video Editor Apps
With video content creation, podcasts and multi-media videos being more important it would be a huge time saver to export recorded videos directly to Descript. This is the biggest podcast editing app. And they have direct integration with other platforms. Why not allow RC recorded videos become more utilized versus Zoom which is the defacto standard for tons of podcasters and companies.

Meeting Duration Status on RCV homepage
When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not. Today it is in Participant view. It would be helpful to have it on the RCV home screen.

Invite company team member to an active video call or screen share
From the invite participants button, there should be an option to send a direct message to a company team member, and/or the ability to call their extension. Currently, the option to call by phone does access my contact list or allow me to enter a fellow team members extension. If I use the desktop app to call them, or they call me, there has to be an easy way to merge or move that call to an existing meeting.Case example. Pause screen share API when inputting sensitive info (CC number/CVV Code)
Request is for the API to automatically Pause Screen when when inputting sensitive data. This would be similar to call recording Pause API where in an application based on specific Field selection, it triggers and API to pause call recording until that information is collected.

Meeting QOS analytics report
RingCentral could have a feature were each RCV meeting gets recorded with how good or bad each participants or hosts connection was. Similar to the current QOS analytics report where a bad call connection can be reviewed.This feature will help users to be aware of connectivity issues they are encountering to make appropriate actions to improve it.

Automatically Lower Hand after you speak in RCV
When a participant raises their hand to speak in RCV, after they speak, the hand should automatically be lowered. Or the Participant can choose to keep hand raised. Many times a user will raise their hand, ask or make a comment but forget to lower it and a few minutes later the host will ask that person if they have a question.

More flexible options for Recorded Meeting download
For customers to have a choice for it to download the recorded meeting as either 2 separate files (audio and video) or as a single file (both audio and video embedded)It will be easier to upload it to different types of services without having to record the same thing multiple times, such as the audio only, on platforms such as podcasts. or a single video/audio file to video or training platforms like youtube or vimeo (for example). Also easier to manage, if errors occur on the video, but audio part can stand alone / is usable.

Add a keyboard shortcut to take away mouse remote access
In my organization we give remote access during pediatric therapy sessions and we need to be able to quickly take the access away at times.
