We need to be able to send a link to someone that is fully dedicated to only sharing their screen, they give us permission.
Ideally, we have a feature where we click a create link or create text to ask someone to give us permission to see their screen. We are on a separate phone or work phone, but we can shoot them over a quick link, that allows us to tap into their screen. All the same features as a presenter sharing their screen on a video call. Once the link or text has been sent, it has a protection message, do you agree to share your screen, and please make sure you have all windows or content closed so we don't see…

Integrate RSVP info into RCV meetings
Integrate RSVP info into RCV meetings
I would like to see the Outlook RSVP information of "Accept" or "Decline" added to my RCV video meeting so I can easily see who I should expect to join the meeting. It is a pain to toggle back to the meeting invite when you are sitting on a call and you cannot tell who is supposed to join or not. Would be nice if there was a clear way to see the RSVP list so you aren't just waiting for people who maybe said "no" on the invite.

Ability to share a portion of the screen
Larger monitors are becoming more popular. Zoom has a feature that allows you to share a Portion of the screen, not whole screen. This is important for individuals with large monitors. For example I have a 49" monitor instead of 3 screens and without being able to share a portion of the screen i'm limited to just sharing windows. If I share full screen, individuals with smaller screens would not be able to see anything as everything will show too small for them.

All future, scheduled meetings in RingCentral Video should be viewable under the Upcoming Meetings tab, just as previous meetings appear...
... under the Past Meetings tab.. We are a mental healthcare provider and rely heavily on telehealth/RCV. Not all of our counselors are equipped with Outlook or Gmail calendars, so when they schedule a meeting in RCV, they choose Meeting Info for Schedule Using so they can copy/paste into an email to their clients. After they save the meeting, it should appear under Upcoming Meetings, just as Zoom does. Some of our counselors have a multitude of future, scheduled meetings, so the ability to view them under Upcoming Meetings would be most helpful. Thank you for any consideration of what…

Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV
In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

STOP automatically connect to my phone camera
Whenever I have a video call, it often automatically connects to my phone camera, and I always have to manually change it to my laptop camera. Please have an option where I can remove my phone camera from the list.

Timer for Video calls
perhaps this is available and simply not activated, but a timer for the video calls and a history listing the length of each call would be invaluable

Minimize sharing screen option
Whenever we are sharing screen, there is no option to minimize the options on top. We can only move it left to right, top to bottom. It would be better if it has the option just like with Zoom to minimize those options.
I attached the screenshot of what options I am talking about.

Improve Accessiblity to Reactions
I love reactions! However, it can take several clicks and mouse movements to actually access reactions. Then you have to do all of that again so you can turn the reaction off. This makes it a little clunkier to use reactions and it is easier to just raise my hand in person than to use the hand raise reaction.
My suggestion is to add the ability to pin or open a pop up with the reaction options during the meeting (Similar to the chat pop out) or open the reactions menu just by hovering over the button. Or maybe the…
