Rename Participants
We need the ability to rename participants, why on earth would you remove this simple feature?

Ability to change screen share while already sharing
This may already exist I just haven't found out how to make it work.When I am starting up sharing my screen, and I may choose to share specifically "Screen 2". Later in that call, I decide that I want to switch the share to "Screen 1", I have to back all the way out of screen share and then re-enter and choose "Screen 1".If there was an ability to change straight from the Screen Share Toolbar, it would make the host's ability to move around their apps and tabs much more seamless.

Closed Captions Permanently On
For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

While guests are waiting for the host, can a video or music be playing?

Provide snapshot button so user can take picture during video conference
Enable host (and/or participants) to capture still image during video conference to preserve a particular image for later review.

Allow multiple people to share screen
This is helpful when looking at the flow of data from one system to another and two/more systems/processes are owned by tw/moreo different people.This will help the participants visualize everyone at once instead of people switching the screen sharing and wasting time.

Provide full screen viewing of shared screen
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Provide a recap of meeting for participants joining late
As RCV now transcripts meeting and also meeting summaries, it would be great to offer participants that join a meeting after it has started a summary and recap of what has been said in the meeting. Also previously shared slides would be a bonus.

Allow for participant video panel pop out when someone is screen sharing.
It would be nice to have the option to pop out the participant video panel when someone is sharing their screen so that you can have the screen share on one screen, and the participants on another screen. Similar to how you can pop out the participants when you are the one screen sharing.

Filter to remove light / screen reflection in eyeglasses
When I am in a meeting, my ring light or my screen reflect on my glasses. I can get non-reflective lenses in my eyeglasses to reduce the glare from the screen, but the ring light is still any issue. Can this be taken care of with a filter setting?

Request Screen Control for host when invite sent from delegate
I plan meetings for my team and will send invites on their behalf. Customer will share their screen, but my teammate, even though I sent invite from their profile, does not allow them to request control.

Add planning poker tool into meeting
Many teams use RCV to plan their activities.Scrum poker are using for estimations tasks. But currently it is required some additional service or mobile application.
