The ability to pause when presenting.
A pause button to freeze the presentation screen while the presenter can do work in the background, bringing up another presentation, table, etc.

cannot play/hear a secondary or presented video to the rest of the viewers of my meeting
Example: when I am hosting a meeting of 25 users and I want to insert and play a video, the end users cannot hear the video clearly, its muffled inaudible. This is a serious issue for our training department and end users.

PLEASE Give the first person connected the ability to NOT have the music play.
I suck at multi tasking and would love the ability to mute/turn that music off. IF there is a way to do this already, please let me know as it is a running joke at my employer that nobody calls in until they see someone else already connected for this very reason. It may sound petty, but it would be a HUGE help if I could mute that BS music. Thanks

Different color for @team mentions vs. @user mentions in Glip
Having different color to highlight @team mentions vs. @user mentions allows users to prioritze messages and sort by intent. (e.g. Orange denotes @team, Blue denotes @user.

Sound effect when Raise Hand is used
When presenting and using an external item in video meetings (white board, chart etc.) that is not computer based, I am sometimes away from screen. If a hand is raised, it may not be seen right away, as I am not necessarily looking at the screen. Could we add some sort of distinctive audio sound option for when a hand is raised, so that I will hear a tone immediately when a hand is raised?

Support emojis, GIFS and Paste images and videos directly into Chat
Now chat only supports text. MS Teams allows a MUCH richer experience in Chat, with emoticons, GIFs, copy and paste images and videos.

Disable waiting room after you have started the meeting
Today we can choose prior starting the meeting to enable or not the waiting room. Sometime you forget to disable it for a specific meeting and you realize it once you have started your meeting. Would be great once you have start to be able do disable it into the meeting room parameter.

We are a healthcare contractor that often has a need to record educational PowerPoints to send to our clients. This new system has made it very difficult to navigate hitting record/ pause and stop on videos with a PowerPoint in presentation mode.
