Add ability to Zoom in and out
I cannot always see small text being shared. I would like to be able to either zoom the whole screen, or even zoom into a portion of the screen.

Handoff meeting to another user
i sit less than 10 feet from our conference table. Our bosses use it as their office space. I am the one that schedules meetings. it would be nice if i can start a meeting on my computer, and transfer the host roll, or hand it off to another user account. i know it can be done for rooms, but would be nice to be able to do this to another user as well, so i don't have to leave my computer or cell phone connected to a meeting i am already sitting in on. Even Zoom offers this feature.

By drive, I mean something like an interactive screen share to train remotely. Presenter has control, but can share controls

Mute hold music
when you are waiting for others to join the call, it would be great if the user could mute the hold music.

Adding in Gaming options/Video Audio capability
Doing therapy online can be challenging, especially with children. I think it would be SUCH a grand idea adding in the ability to have interactive games (for all ages and maybe geared towards children), just like the Whiteboard option! (love the whiteboard ability). Having the client be able to interact with me within RingCentral system would be SOOOO much easier than the way I do it now, which is just being able to share my screen with no ability for interaction.ALSO being able to have audio play while showing a video without having hear audio through my own speakers...

I would like to be able to change my cursor as users cannot follow along on my screen while I'm clicking.

Camera off shows up in smaller box with name only
In large groups, you could see more people this way.

gallery mode available when only I am in meeting
Until someone else joins a meeting, I can't set any gallery arrangements up, even if I am logged in on multiple devices as myself and want to show one screen from one PC and the gallery view on the other PC.

Provide full screen viewing of shared screen - hide toolbar
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Closed Captions Permanently On
For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

Be able to hover over participants to see their email address
it would be very useful to be able to hover or click over participants to see their email addresses. sometimes we don't all the names and this feature would be very useful

While in a meeting a user be able to switch from the meeting to answer an incoming call.
Many time during a meeting an important call that we have been waiting on a call back will come in during the meeting. Yes, we can answer it, but the other attendees in the meeting can hear my side of the conversation. It would be beneficial if the user can take an incoming call without leave the meeting and without the attendees being able to hear your discussion.

be able to request participants to turn on their video, send a warning that participants will be visible to be able to continue in the meeting and turn video on automatically unless participants decline.

Allow for participant video panel pop out when someone is screen sharing.
It would be nice to have the option to pop out the participant video panel when someone is sharing their screen so that you can have the screen share on one screen, and the participants on another screen. Similar to how you can pop out the participants when you are the one screen sharing.

Leaving a post-it note on video
Been in a situation just now that a video meeting had to be cancelled last minute and we could not amend the calendar schedule. I messaged the team members involved to let them know that the meeting is involved. At the scheduled date I joined the video meeting just in case somebody else did not read the postpone notice and they join the meeting.I was thinking it would be great if we could leave a message on screen in the meeting "Thank you for joining and apologies for the late notice. Provide snapshot button so user can take picture during video conference
Enable host (and/or participants) to capture still image during video conference to preserve a particular image for later review.

Allow a feature so hosts can send out poll to everyone in meeting as pop up.

Dual Presentation
This would allow for 2 people to be sharing things so there can be a presenter as well as a presentation. This could also be incredibly helpful for ASL interpreting as it would allow the presenter to speak and also have the interpreter in an accommodating view for anyone needing interpreting.

Picture in picture option
It could be useful to have a picture in picture mode on desktop, when join a meeting, in order to be more productive or even be able to follow instructions while a presentation is ongoing
