Different Volume Entry Tones for Video Calls
A customer has complained that the entry tones upon entering meetings are too loud and that if a user mistakenly answers their phone for a meeting and holds the phone to their ear (full scenario described below), they are then blasted with a really loud entry tone (around the 100dB region) if their phone volume is up to max.User has requested the ability to lower the volume of the entry tone to something like loud/medium/low or a sliding scale of 1 - 10 to be able to select a more "comfortable" tone for scenarios like this.Scenario reported by customer:iPhone is…

Virtual background
The virtual background is available on the desktop version and the mobile app version, but it is not available on the Chromebook app version. When will this be available. This is beneficial for remote workers.

Snapshot icon or right click drop down for patient ID or picture during video conferencing
Allow a quick right click and snapshot option of the patient screen for a quick picture for providers to get an image for patient's ID and/or face for the patient record

Defaulting to End to End Encryption and NO recording option when starting a video call
When I start a new video meeting from my virtual meeting room, can it default to "Turn on End to End Encryption" and remove the option to Record the video from other participants?

Pin Video on Top
Make the video screen able to be made smaller to a "tile" of the speaker so it fits easily over other screens/pages while in full screen. For example, I want to be able to see the video while also looking at and interacting with a web page in full screen.

Customize the Email Invite and make default for RingCentral Meetings for ALL users

Temporary Desktop Drop File Folder
My company uses your Chat box often. What about the ability to use a "Drop box" Drop a file during a meeting, then that box is emptied, when the meeting is over. With the massive user base of RingCentral, perhaps make the box a "local" storage for a meetingparticipant. A Desktop Folder etc. Then give the ability for meeting participants to download.

Add noise reactions
Adding a clapping sound (separate from non-verbal reactions) would be nice for an interview-style call would make introducing an interviewee more fun.

Moderator able to assist technically challenged member
Be able to assist a member or video caller to select/troubleshoot their settings so they may be able to hear/see the meeting.

Merge separate audio call with user
If a user joins the audio by phone, the moderator should be able to merge that phone number with the correct participant instead of seeing it as 2 participants (1 participant and 1 phone number)

Formatting capabilities while taking MEETING NOTES
If users are given the ability to format their text similar to how they do it on any Microsoft application the notes could be used in other contexts much more easily. Currently the formatting options are too limited - users can't choose a font type, font size, color, alignment, numbering, inserting pictures / screenshots etc.

Add Pause button to screen sharing
sometimes...it's helpful for the presenter to be able to pause their screen share to check something really quick in another open window on their screen.

Request annotation from Presenter
If you have someone presenting who isnt familiar with the technology but needs to share screen you may need to be able to request annotation to help steer them toward the right things to click on the screen. showing a pop up that they just have to approve is easier than trying to direct them to the right things to click

When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not.

Video Meeting Cross Compatible
I believe that video meetings should be joinable from both Ring Central app and Zoom. it looks like both services use the same API. it would be great to start a meeting from the ring central app for a client who doesn't have the service to be able to join from the zoom app.

Enable and Disable Virtual Background with a simple switch or keyboard shortcut
If I use virtual backgrounds and need to use a secondary camera to show features on a phone or how to perform a task, etc... I need to go in to video settings to click off virtual backgrounds before I can switch the camera. This is time consuming and painful. If I don't need to modify any of the virtual background settings, I should be able to easily toggle the background on or off with a switch or keyboard shortcut.

Bring back the OLD Video Meetings features back
Here are ongoing problems with the new Video Meetings. The following features were in the OLD Meeting program and are necessary for us to function: When a caller to the meeting calls in by Telephone only (no computer) their name shows up as the caller ID on their phone. Not the phone number as before. When my name shows up it is S Winning. As an anonymous organization we do not use last names and it is impossible to rename the caller to the name Steve W. So the host of the meeting does not know the callers FIRST NAME!Also…
