SMS Text notification ATT
Would like to have a workaround about ATT domain due to them removing the capability for email to text or text to email - https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1061254/
I need RingCentral to do like a direct SMS to ATT for SMS Notification instead of email to text or text to email since it's not available to ATT anymore.
Ability to send sms notification to only TN number, instead of entering the email to text format

The Ability to adjust how the AI determines the users gender if they are a "He" or as "She", this will help them address the agents correctly.

Send Later on RC Messages (Glip)

Survey after inbound phone call
I'd like to have ringcentral to have the capability after the phone call it automatically generates a survey for this phone call and for that extension.
Example ext. 101 receives the call after that call ringcentral will send an email to the customer for the experience for that representative

Separate mailbox for voicemail and faxes
Some faxes are being received on a user mailbox. So when checked voicemails on user access, faxes are read as VM and it adds up on the mailbox storage. It would be better if we have a separate room for voicemail and faxes.

Better Video Quality and Increase Photo Size Limit
For better video quality through SMS messages I would like to request the ability to send and receive videos that does not have to be compressed to a certain file size. Also, for the photos I would like to have the ability to send photos over the size limit of 2 MB to my clients.

Voice Recognition Feature
Want to have a voice recognition feature. Want to possibly add it on the account as part of an additional security measure that they have on their account/system.
Significance of the feature : To avoid people claiming to be someone they're not and to avoid speaking/transacting to unauthorized people.

View video call history for all users.
Managers should be able to see all incoming and outgoing video calls for their employees. Currently doesn't show under Admin - Call Logs. If someone goes under Contacts - Finds the user - And clicks Start Video Call, there is no record view of this. Nothing shows in history.

Notification when not signed into Ringcentral on MS Teams
Looking for a Badge on the Ringcentral App Icon in MS Teams if the user is not signed in or there is any other Ringcentral issue.
In our environment it goes unnoticed and therefore users can miss important calls as they are unaware and the App is not signed in or has any issues.1 vote -

Add external contacts without completing the template
The customer requested the ability to manually add external contacts to the RingCentral app and make them available to all users without completing the template. The customer refused to fill out the template because they will be adding contacts daily.

Non-Unique Email Behavior
In RingCentral MVP App contacts search capability; like when dialing a user extension number with non-unique email address; it should only show one entry with the user extension number. As of this time, it shows multiple entries since the Search feature is showing all those with the same contact email addresses. Or, one user profile will show multiple user extension numbers with one contact email address.

Filter "My Created Tasks" by Completed or Open
The ability to sort/filter "My Created Tasks" category in Workspace, to show Open Tasks only, will make it easier for team members to see what hasn't been actioned, and be able to follow up.
There is currently a check box on the right side of the tasks, this should be it's own column to allow user to sort. Should be a simple fix :)
