  2. The RingSense transcriptions have profanity censored out. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to have an option for how the transcripts are censored. The context of profanity within a call is very important for us as a law office to have the most accurate transcripts possible.

  3. Add the ability to customize mapping of advanced call logging to allow for clients to chose where in the CRM they want RS4S data to be logged. As an example, Zoho advanced call logging defaults to the "Task Body" and not "notes" where customers may want to have this data instead of the task body, This will increase the usability of RingSense and CRM integrations.

  5. Create Audit Trail for Admins to monitor Manual Downloads of Audio and or Transcriptions (show individual interactions).

    Audit Trail will monitor new role/permission for Redactions and Remove Redactions (show individual interactions).

    Audit Trail will bolster Security of Data

    Audit Trail should not be able to be deleted by anyone, should run for 12 months or more. Search and results should be able to be downloaded or printed. NOTE: emailing a file like this unencrypted is less desirable and poses data privacy issues.

  6. There are instances when a call may have been recorded that shouldn't have or an internal calls gets processed because a user called from an external number, etc. Admins need to be able to delete these calls to ensure privacy is maintained in the platform.

  7. Suggestion is to customize the duration of the calls that get pulled into RingSense.
    Ex: Pulling in calls of only 5 min or more. Alternatively, to be able to specify what calls get graded based on the duration of the call. This will help remove small/diluted calls not needing to be graded.

  9. Have the ability for the Admin to generate more reports dashboard-style and be able to export it other than the utilization and the Trackers dashboard. Being able to filter through and run different reports will help us have a better understanding of the things that matter to us the most.

  10. With RingSense for Sales, there are use cases where we need to include in the deal review (Deal Intelligence) what has been said during internal meetings to get a full spectrum of the status of the deal (presales and post-sales).
    Also, existing customer might want to process their existing recording (prior to subscribe to RingSense for Sales.

  13. With the AI Coach Feedback, can it connect/reference parts of the call? Rather than a general overview of what could be better, AI could help pinpoint specific points in the calls it references. The screenshot provides feedback that we would like linked back to examples in the transcript.

    Managers Goal:
    provided coaching on at least 3 calls (per week)
    coaching activities calculated by the sum of:
    * of comments given

  16. CRM Integration with Zendesk. This will be key for both RingSense for Sales and RingSense for RingCx. Zendesk is currently 1/2 CRM integrations we have for RingCx. Very popular integration for MVP and CC accounts.
