Integration with Zendesk

CRM Integration with Zendesk. This will be key for both RingSense for Sales and RingSense for RingCx. Zendesk is currently 1/2 CRM integrations we have for RingCx. Very popular integration for MVP and CC accounts.

    We were informed that our integration for RingSense with Zendesk is ONLY with Zendesk Sell, not Zendesk Support. We have a customer who is looking for Zendesk Support integration with possible ARR of CAD 7,536.00 (USD 5,984.96). Can you let us know if this is going to be on the road map?
