RingSense Sentiment Playback Tracking/Pinpoint
The suggestion is that, in playback view, clicking on 'Sentiment' shows the negative pinpoints in the interaction timeline which will let Supervisor drill down to exactly where negativity was marked.

Adding Custom Notifications within RingSense
To increase user adoption, RingSense (for Sales) should alert the Manager when there is relevant information. For example:
- if a manager leaves a coaching comment, a notification gets sent
- a weekly summary to show week over week progress for the AE and his/her manager.
- an email to remind that the manager has not reviewed any recordings for a specific period of time (for his/her team or for a specific individual).20 votes -
RingSense: Pull in/Filter Calls based on Duration
Suggestion is to customize the duration of the calls that get pulled into RingSense.
Ex: Pulling in calls of only 5 min or more. Alternatively, to be able to specify what calls get graded based on the duration of the call. This will help remove small/diluted calls not needing to be graded.16 votes -

Ability to add a summary note to recordings saved in a Library
It would be helpful to have an ability to add a summary note when moving a recording into a Library folder. This would allow people to quickly determine the reason why the recording is being saved, and what is the critical information to get from it.
Note that the summary should also include who wrote it and have the ability to edit/add additional notes.10 votes -
Ability for managers to select which user scorecard is for
If there are multiple reps on a call, the managers who have access to the call should have a drop-down on the scorecards to choose which rep they are grading on the scorecard. The current limitation only allows managers/admin to grade the host of the call. In several cases, the host of the call is not speaking the most.

Sharing a RingSense Recording - Cannot search transcript while watching video, AI Meeting Summary and Highlights are missing
When sharing a RingSense recording externally, the view should allow the customer to see the video recording, search the transcript, and view AI summary all from a single view.
Today, when sharing a RingSense recording via email to an external guest, the public view is lacking (see screenshot). The customer can only see either the video recording or the transcript from the same screen but not both. The customer cannot search the transcript while watching the video. There is a lot of wasted whitespace.
The layout for public sharing should be modeled after a RCV video recording layout (screenshot attached)…

AI tracking over time to see if coaching works
When the manager gives feedback, it is important that RingSense update the manager (to save him/her time) if the coaching works but also to track if the individual falls back into his/her bad habits over time. Example: Someone uses a lot of filler words, the manager can coach on the “Hum”, “like”, “you know what I am mean”, etc.
AI sends an email on a frequency defined by the Manager and once the behavior is corrected, no more email notification unless if the AI detects the behavior has returned.8 votes -
Ability to filter calls that do not match a specific tracker
As an example, an organization needs for the receptionist to say "xyz" during each call. Would like to be able to filter on calls where that does not take place (i.e. calls that do not have that tracker).

Ability to create Scorecard then attach trackers
Provide the ability to use Trackers/AI to assign scorecards to interactions based on trackers being assigned to the scorecards. In other words create a scorecard, attach specific trackers. Then when trackers are found in interactions add the relevant scorecards to the interaction

Ability to drill down to detailed reporting into speaking metrics
Similar to the tracker "jump to" icon, a user should be able to click on a speaking metric and be taken to a Speaking Metrics tab on the call that displays periods in the call.

Ability to add only a portion of a call to a Library folder.
Many times, there is a small portion of a meeting that is an excellent example of how to sell the product. Rather than having to save an entire recording, it would be helpful to highlight just the portion that you want others to review. It would save a lot of time for people to review the key portion.

Actionable Insights - Did you know this about your team?
It would bring a lot of value to update the manager about the summary of Sales criteria that members of the team have. Ex: 70% of your team close the meeting well but 15% of your team has no action plan/next steps agreed on after the end of the meeting. This could give a lot of insight from the manager to the CRO level to define what the next soft skills training should be.

AI feedback should adapt with the role of the speaker & the type of meeting
Many times, there are others in the meeting other than just Sales People. For example, there may be PreSales individuals in the meeting. The feedback from AI needs to take into account the type of engagement (Corporate intro/first touch, PoC, Discovery, Demo, Architecture, Legal, Negotiation, Security, Closing). Example: a SE will demo and will have a different level of interaction (more a push interaction than a conversation). Assign Scorecards based on Team/Individual
Currently when filling out scorecards, you can only apply all the scorecards to all the calls, then scroll through which ones you do/don't want to grade. Ideally, being able to create a scorecard and assign it (just like you would a role in the admin portal) to a team/individual would make it smoother and a better experience for managers.
