  1. Now that we have the ability to create or update the deal link on the individual call it would be fantastic if we could be able to quickly edit call names or link to deals from call lists. Save us many clicks to get into the call for each update.

In keeping with ADA and Compliance, Section 508 will require that the RingCX agent interface jumps to the new message versus putting a blue bubble down arrow when the external party sends a digital communication. NOTE: a visually impaired agent using software like Jaws may not be notified of a new message from the external party unless the new message triggers the disability software like jaws to trigger because the screen has changed when it jumps to the latest message.

  11. Option to disable email notification for Conversation Digest

    I’d like to request an enhancement for RingEX with AI. Currently, I keep receiving email notifications for the Conversation Digest, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to disable them.

    Since we don’t use RingSense, it would be helpful if users had the ability to opt in or out of Conversattion Digest email notifications. A toggle or setting in the user preferences would give us more control over what communications we receive.

  15. Can AI greeting be customized and On Demand for AI notes? We do not prefer to have the greeting right away before clients agree that we can take notes. We would like it to be similar to how you can do * 9 when you want to start and stop On Demand call recording.

  17. Within ring central app, SMSs are all grouped together regardless of how many SMS enabled phone numbers are enabled and have received texts. The SMS view needs a top drop down that allows the user to select a DID and there by view only SMSs sent to from that DID. The all together view currently does not allow this and it requires a deep level of clicks to find which DID the conversation is established with. Also having a sticky DID filter drop down avoids accidentally sending Texts from an incorrect DID.

  18. I hope I'm posting in the correct area. Your "Call Notes" are a godsend. It is an amazing tool and has already reduce my work load.

    I would propose that you embed the Call Detail in the notes at the top. For example:

    Contact Name / Number of the Call (From or To)
    Date of the Call (Not Yesterday but the date) / Time / Length of Call
    Outgoing/Incoming Call

    Then the actual notes.

    Currently, I have to copy/paste the top of the call notes into the Notes. You may ask why? Many times, I will Copy/Paste the call notes…
