    Currently, RingCentral allows selecting a voicemail co-recipient, enabling voicemail from one extension to be shared with multiple users’ mailboxes. The HubSpot integration does not support this functionality.

    Use Case:
    Users want voicemails from a single RingCentral extension to appear in multiple HubSpot user mailboxes, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.

    Current Behavior:
    Voicemails can only be logged or delivered to a single user within HubSpot, limiting shared access and requiring manual forwarding or additional workarounds.

    Expected Behavior:
    The HubSpot integration should allow voicemails to be shared with multiple users, similar to the native RingCentral feature.

    Impact:
    Improved team efficiency…

  7. Kreg wants to have the possibility to hover over a number and be presented with the chance to call or send SMS, which was with the RingCentral for HubSpot extension.

    He is gutted that he has to navigate a few steps before calling a contact or sending an SMS.

    He says this makes things more complicated.

  10. In Hubspot Reports, users can view records for calls, Meetings, and Emails, but no information is pulled for SMS activity.

    The Report has an SMS column, but it displays 0, although under contact activities, we can see SMS transactions.

  11. Currently, we are only able to associate calls to a contact record. And even though all the call logs are saved against that contact record, it can become tedious to figure out which call is related to which deal. Moreover, sometimes a call needs to be linked to an email or a manual note, to give it more context and make it easily searchable.

    So an option to associate calls to other objects (Deals, Invoices, Emails, Notes, etc) in HubSpot would be very useful.

  12. It would be very useful to have individual control over which calling window should up between the in HubSpot pop-up window vs the independent browser window (app.hubspot.com/calling-integration-popup-ui).

    This way the end user can choose to only show one window if they prefer.

  13. When we first sign into HubSpot and open the calling window, two windows open up. One pop-up within the HubSpot app and the other is an independent browser window (app.hubspot.com/calling-integration-popup-ui). It would be nice to have the system remember not to pop-up the in HubSpot window the next time we log in if the user has chosen to turn it off in the settings area.

  15. Enable voicemail messages from RingCentral to be routed automatically to a HubSpot account via email, so they can be logged and associated with the relevant contact or deal.

    Use Case:
    Many teams use HubSpot as their primary CRM and communication log. While RingCentral currently offers call logging through its native integration, voicemail messages often remain siloed in RingCentral, leading to missed follow-ups and fragmented records.

    We would like to get this done without relying in Zapier since you can only connect accounts in Zap as a user-level.

  16. Currently, when the calling option is set to Browser and the 'Pop up the app for inbound calls' is enabled, users will still need be on the HubSpot page to see the pop up window for inbound calls.

    It would be great if we have an option for the pop up window to appear even if the end-user is not on the HubSpot page during the incoming call.

Is it possible to configure the system so that only calls made through the CTI are logged, and exclude calls made via other platforms (e.g., RingCentral desktop app, mobile app, RingCentral for Google, etc.)? Essentially, they are looking for the opposite behavior of the 'Activity Sync' feature.

    They’ve already disabled Activity Sync. However, since they typically have HubSpot open the majority of the time (about 99%), calls placed from other endpoints are still being logged and new contacts are being created. Disabling the 'Auto Log Calls' setting is not an option for them since majority of the calls they place…

  18. RingCentral integration with HubSpot. While calls and texts are syncing correctly, voicemails are not appearing or showing up in the system. All other aspects of the integration seem to be functioning properly, but the voicemail sync issue requires attention.

  19. Looking for an option to have the 'Text message template' or 'Use template' when sending SMS using the RingCentral for HubSpot CTI.

    Currently, this feature is not yet available in the integration. It is only visible in RingCentral standalone application.
