Warm Transfer in Chrome Extension
Most employees use chrome extension so they have click to dial and need to be able to do a warm transfer

We need this ability as well. Not everyone can have one of the desk phones sitting in their homes and the unavailability of the warm Transfer feature has a negative impact on our customer satisfaction. Because recordings are sometimes necessary, obtain permission while everyone is one the line is required. Not having the Warm transfer feature causes a huge mess and is very inconvenient.

Please can you add warm transfer back into ring central please i had this prevousily and now it has disappeared meaning i cannot speak to a collegaue and confirm that i have done dpa etc this means the customer willl have to go through all the information again and it might go to a differnt department when the call has bounced. this is completely unacceptable and needs to be readded as a priority
