More Zapier Actions
I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.

Agreed! I just called in with the same request. I use Time To Pet for my biz's CRM and they have recently partnered with Zapier and I was disappointed to see that RingCentral does not offer an 'action' where a new client contact card can be created in RingCentral when we add a new client ('trigger') in our Time To Pet software system. We have to add them manually right now into RingCentral and this automation in RingCentral through Zapier would help save us a lot of time.

This would eliminate the manual process of updating contact databases in multiple platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. More importantly, it would allow for immediate customer recognition when a call comes in, thereby elevating the service experience to a new level of personalization and efficiency.
