    Please add this feature ASAP. It is very difficult when I am away from my computer trying to figure out who sent me an sms.

    This is critical to help the team focus on most important tasks other than saving Contacts/customers at Ring Central App.

    The customer initially wanted to sync their Salesforce contacts into RingCentral. They can import their contacts; manually but not in a way that it syncs where newly added contacts in Salesforce will also be added to RingCentral.
