Outbound Calls in MS Dynamics 365
Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.

Bytes Software (one of our partners) has signed for a POC with us. They wish for all users to have MS Teams Direct Routing as an interface, however, most of their users are MS Dynamics users and would require the RC App to do a click-to-dial out of MS Dynamics. The team requires the ability to do a click-to-dial directly from MS teams (or Dynamics) without the use of the RC App
