Busy versus Set Status Message dichotomy
Enabling Messaging in RC seems to force the application to have only: Available, DND and Invisible while giving the Set Status Message option. By disabling Messaging, users gain Busy as an option (in addition to Available, DND and Invisible), but then lose the Set Status Message. When trying to set up the Presence link between RC and Team, the vast majority of actions seem to rely on setting Busy as the status and simply do nothing when there is no Busy status available. DND will replicate across Teams and RC, but that's about it.
It would be great to have both options available without having to choose between Messaging or not. The Set Status Message is a great feature to provide more information like: Travelling, Vacation, Out of the Office, Working Remotely, or custom messages. Both options working together would be perfect, since 1) Busy is so integral to the Presence integrations across Teams and RC, etc. and 2) the Set Status Message can provide more detail onto why someone is busy or is just more visible when trying to reach out to someone. I'm not sure why both wouldn't be available and used, not requiring one or the other by choosing to enable or disable the RC messaging functionality.
