buy back phones
If a customer decides to close their account or move to Desktop/Phone app, it would be nice if Ring Central can take the phone back from us and we can trade it in for bill credits? If we are no longer using it because we switched to desktop app, then credits will be great but if it is no longer being used because of account closure, then a credit to the card on file would be good.
