We dont' install bots on teams and we actively avoid AI nonsense.
These cards are from the "RingCentral" user. This user chat is something that gets added automatically for all users that use the RingCentral Teams plugin. Which is all users. This "RingCentral" user lists all Calls in it, you can see one of these entries in the screenshot I provided. Absolutely nothing has changed on our platform from our end, yet this problem started last Friday. This was a change RC implemented to their bot.

However, there was a "block Bot" option from the Chat User list (check 3rd screenshot).

In Blocking the bot from that ellipse, it creates a problem It will no longer show Missed Calls.

This shows this is something that Ring Central changed with the bot (forcing spam messages). It never existed before, and your option to fix this problem now is to disable Ring Central notifications. This is a HORRIBLE solution. People want to be notified in chat of missed calls, they do NOT want unsolicited spam of some bot trying to be "useful". Just want it to do it's job without advertising.

This AI garbage is invasive. We want to go back to the Non-Spam harassment bot that has been working just fine since we implemented
