  2. Ability to send SMS inside HubSpot Help Desk conversations/tickets.
    Right now, RingCentral mainly integrates with HubSpot as a CRM communication app, not as a fully native Help Desk SMS channel like some providers

  3. It would be awesome if there were a way to combine the two-log a call, take notes into the call log panel, then when you click “save” those notes are combined into the contact card that is auto-created.

  4. Currently, SMS that are blocked by RingCentral, for example using link shortener are still showing as sent in Hubspot. We think that if the SMS is blocked then it should not show up on the record or should show up with some indication it was blocked and not received if this is possible.

  8. Unlike some competing integrations that support a centralized “service account” or “global admin” authorization model to sync data for all users simultaneously, the current RingCentral for HubSpot integration uses a 1:1 user authorization mapping.

    Because of this design, each individual user must complete their own authorization step to establish the connection between RingCentral and HubSpot. If a user does not complete authorization, calls may still function normally on the RingCentral side, but call logging and integration-related sync features within HubSpot will not work for that user.

    It would be beneficial to introduce an option that allows HubSpot or RingCentral admins…

  9. Currently, the ACE HubSpot integration provides some additional/different info/insights than the RC for HubSpot integration, which provides embedded call recording playback among some other unique info.

    If both integrations are enabled and configured for automatic logging, duplicate call logs are created which skews call/log data in HubSpot.

    Cross-functionality between both integrations that allows for a single log per call that contains all of the information that both integrations provide would be immensely helpful and would improve log accuracy within the HubSpot environment.

  10. Requesting the ability to add personalized user tokens in text templates within the RC for HubSpot integration.

    Added automation will allow for engaging with clients using more personalized messaging and will save time that is otherwise spent on manually personalizing an outgoing text message to include a user's name and other info.

  13. By design, the system displays the following format after a text message is logged (either automatically or manually) through the RingEX for HubSpot dialer:

    [Inbound or Outbound] SMS from SMS +16500000000 (+16500000000) to Ian Christopher Santos (+16500000000)

    It would be great if we have the option to display who logged the text message, similar to HubSpot’s manual log option (Contact record > More > Log SMS), for reporting purposes.

    https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/ringcentral-data-sync is available but the customer would prefer an easier way similar to how we support them for Google and MS365

  18. Currently, SMS messages sent through HubSpot workflow automation are successfully delivered but are not automatically logged to HubSpot activity feeds. This creates a gap in activity tracking and makes it difficult for users to see a complete communication history within HubSpot.

    Currently, when an inbound call is received through the RingCentral for HubSpot integration, the preview window displays the previous incoming call information instead of the current one. The request is to enhance the integration to display the correct caller number or caller ID in the inbound call preview window in real time.

    Current Behavior:

    • The preview window shows the last received call information instead of the new incoming call.
    • In some instances, the preview window gets stuck on the loading screen or displays a blank page, preventing the user from viewing caller details.

  20. Pop up the existing contact record in Hubspot eventhough the calll was not answer.

    It is better to pop up the record eventhough the call was just a missed call or if we ignore or direct it to VM. Right now it will only pop up the contact record when it was answered
