Pre-populate Create Contact feature on Hubspot Integration
Pre-populate the caller number: When an incoming call is received, the CTI should automatically pre-populate the caller’s phone number in the appropriate number field.
Create placeholder contacts after the call ends: Placeholder contacts should only be created once the call has ended, rather than at the start of the call.
Support missed-call and voicemail tracking: This behavior is primarily intended to ensure that when missed calls are logged, we can accurately determine whether the caller left a voicemail.
