I find it quite odd that I can't transfer calls between CX and EX. Especially since it "is" RingCentral's contact center.
Single Pane of Glass enabled I can hover the mouse cursor over my favorite contacts and the transfer button will appear. When I click the transfer button, I just get a generic error message that states "Transfer Failed".
These half baked products are really making me unhappy with RingCentral as a whole.

We recently onboarded RingCX, and I'm shocked that this isn't already a feature. I would've thought of having a single pane of glass between RingEX and RingCX would've included the ability to transfer calls "both" ways.
