CNAM display in RingCX Real Time Dashboard
Have native CNAM resolution for RingCX to display in Real Time Dashboard. Currently RingCX Real Time dashboard requires third party CNAM resolution setup for the CNAM to be displayed in the Real Time Dashboard.

We would like to include the CNAM in reports. Currently, we have to search our CRM for the customer phone number, then run reports in RingCentral or export reports just to look up company phone calls. It would be much easier to simply type or search for the company name, reducing the number of steps involved.

Customers can manually inject caller name using ivr.setCallerName in the IVR Studio scripting node.Recent Implementation:
The platform now supports getting CNAM dynamically through IVR scripts ivr.getCnam, enabling improved visibility without external CNAM integrations.
