Stay on Available status when Rejecting Calls
We would like to have an option to have agents stay on Available status when Rejecting Calls in RingCX

When an agent doesn't answer the call, their status changes to RNA.
Do you have an option to automatically change their status back to available? -

By default, manually rejecting calls in RingCX will change an agent's status to RNA. Instead, we would like to have agents stay on "Available" status when manually rejecting calls.
