Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

It would be great if we have the option to select the 'property' filed as the contact owner | RC Labs HubSpot SMS
Currently, the workflow always sends the SMS from the contact owner’s phone number. Therefore please ensure the contact owner has a valid RC account (the same email address to sign in both HubSpot and RingCentral), and is able to sign in to RingCentral for HubSpot so that Send text messages (SMS) action will work properly.

The customer initially wanted to sync their Salesforce contacts into RingCentral. They can import their contacts; manually but not in a way that it syncs where newly added contacts in Salesforce will also be added to RingCentral.

A way for end-users to integrate their RC Video meetings to HubSpot Profiles.
Currently, calls are pulling through wonderfully, but I would love to have their Video meetings added, too, if possible.

RingCentral for Slack enables Slack users to start a Video Meeting or an Audio conference directly from Slack’s text box, using the Slack's popular slash commands. However, RingCentral for Slack does not support SMS or text messaging.
