It would be great if we could have the option to add Missed (w/o VM) in User Performance Reports (Analytics). The only option available right now is Missed (w/VM)

We’d like to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and anonymous voicemail box for our customers, i.e. we should not be able to see the caller’s phone number.
