RingSense now supports German language.
As a RingSense admin, you can now select Deutsch as part of your transcription language settings. See details in the attached screenshot.

This feature is now available to admins.
As an admin, you can navigate to Coaching → PowerSkills. For applicable PowerSkills, you’ll see an option to edit the target range, which allows you to define the ideal range for each PowerSkill.

RingSense tracker heatmap, now expands to a rich full screen chart which provides various filtering capabilities as well as the ability to select the data point -- percentage of interactions or absolute values. Please check out this video for more details on accessing the feature.
