The DND button on the desk phones should sync with the Do Not Disturb options in the Apps. This is the way it works with other cloud phone providers like Mitel. I was shocked when I reported this issue, to be told by Support that this is a feature. When we click the DND button on our Mitel 6940 phones, it puts the phone into Do Not Disturb mode but the Apps still ring. If we set Do Not Disturb from the desktop App, incoming calls do not ring on the Apps or desk phones, but the desk phone still shows as available in the presence settings and does not display DND.
