I'm pleased to announce that this is now available in RingSense.
As a RingSense admin, you can go to admin settings -> People -> Users. From here, select specific set of people and disable their notifications from the action menu bar at the top of the table.

The request is for a SMS or email notification to alert Super Admin's that Archiver is no longer authenticated or working properly.

The request is that, when a call is initiated from the mobile app, it auto creates a task with the call details and memorializes this in Salesforce. This would be above and beyond the "offline logging feature" currently offered.
