    Meeting participants can choose from 25 premium virtual backgrounds across five themes — Minimal, Modern Office, Nature, Cozy, and Futuristic — in the RingCentral app on desktop and mobile. A customer-facing article for the refreshed set is in progress.

    The ability to at least blur the background (a la Microsoft Teams) or add a virtual background (a la Zoom) would greatly enhance the professionalism of the meetings when used for business. Blurred background allows the focus to be the person hosting or participating in the meeting, and virtual background allows business branding to be part of the meeting.
