    There are great insights in the Analytics portal but there is nothing that shows SMS traffic. With the 10DLC TCR effort, it would be great to see who is using the feature and what kind of stats and trends there are behind the traffic.

    Hello everyone, this is available in app now. Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app for this functionality. Change how the RingCentral app launches upon startup in desktop app under Settings - General - Launch app at startup.

    When rebooting a laptop/desktop, it would be helpful to auto-launch the RingCentral application in minimized mode. Have it open in the tray without splashing it across the desktop.
