This version of the app was rolled out to all accounts over 8/25-8/31. No additional action is required to initiate the feature on the app, please confirm you are on at least 22.3.1. This feature allows for caller ID to transfer in these scenarios. Warm/Consultative Transfer: - Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC number Blind Transfer: - Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC number - Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC voicemail The feature requires the following endpoints to work successfully. This applies to both the user invoking the transfer as well as the user who is the destination of the transfer.Desk phones: Any Poly, Avaya or Unify models. An error occurred while saving the comment Craig commentedThere are great insights in the Analytics portal but there is nothing that shows SMS traffic. With the 10DLC TCR effort, it would be great to see who is using the feature and what kind of stats and trends there are behind the traffic.

Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app for this functionality. Change how the RingCentral app launches upon startup in desktop app under Settings - General - Launch app at startup.
An error occurred while saving the comment Craig commentedWhen rebooting a laptop/desktop, it would be helpful to auto-launch the RingCentral application in minimized mode. Have it open in the tray without splashing it across the desktop.
Through the reporting and analytics portal, there is no resource to track international calls from our tenant. This will be important for billing purposes as we don't currently utilize user-based codes for this.
