Will someone who approves RingCentral enhancement features please take the time to look how Mitel Connect (ShoreTel) and Mitel MiCollab offer users to create "Call Handling Modes" aka: Status Settings (On Vacation, In a Meeting, Out of Office, ETC) that each allow custom call flow settings. In a Meeting will also change what happens for inbound calls while the user is set to In a Meeting, On Vacations call flow could be completely different result for inbound calls.
I've been asking for better end user Call Status/Call Rules flexibility since 2021!!!
