An error occurred while saving the comment Susan commentedSuper Admins should be able to access user voicemail messages without a password reset or obtaining a user's password. We use SSO (OKTA), so changing passwords to obtain voicemail messages is disruptive. To alleviate this issue, when messages are selected in the Admin portal, adding the ability to sign in with Super Admin creds to access user voicemails would be beneficial.When users separate from the company and their corresponding DIDs are reused, voicemail messages can be cleared by Admins instead of users.
As explained by Lindsay, editing global filters would be a great benefit to the dashboards currently providing view-only access.
Our Underwriting Supervisors and Managers are new to Business Analytics and this update would allow access to team performance, select a specified date range and minimize running ad-hoc reports. TYSM!
