    I have 5 members in my queue. I need to have the same member always be the first person a call rings to, then have the other 4 be set has longest idle

  2. Ability to generate report that tracks an agents status throughout the day, like when they're available/not available/ on DND etc

    We would like to be able to generate a report for users to see if how often the go into the invisible status
