    The Main Company Phone number should allow the option to make it voice only. We get faxes sent to our main number that we publish as voice. The only way to get those faxes is to login into admin. We don't want users logging in as admin to get faxes. Faxes should not be allowed on the main company phone number.

  2. We'd love to have "Quick Contacts" or "Favorites" feature on RC:MVP desktop version.

    It would be useful to add a contact to the favorites list from the contact list

    This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239

  4. On the transfer call, it should show the caller number NOT the extension that transferred the call
