    When I am on the phone with someone using the RC web phone app, the second call rings in my headset at the same volume as the conversation I am currently on. That is very distracting. I should have a setting where I can SEE that I have a second call incoming but not have to hear it. When this happens I cannot hear a lot of what is being said in my currently conversation.
