   Is there any status on this? As more and more of our employees use their work numbers for SMS and enrolling in alerts & notifications, being able to reply back to short codes is a must.

   Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app.
