    This is a must for receptionists that handle calls for multiple business and the companies want a live receptionist to answer calls and to know which company they are calling - not the automated IVR. I have several companies that decided not to go with RingCentral just because of this. It's a deal breaker.

    Check out https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Set-up-Call-Queue-Pickup-Group.html for how to set up call queue pickup groups. When pickup members are also call queue agents, they can pick up multiple queue calls concurrently.The Call Queue Pickup feature allows any call queue pickup member to answer multiple queue calls concurrently.
