Call queue member, to have the ability to receive call even when on an active phone call
In a queue, it detects that member as busy when engaged on a call. This doesn't enable them to receive call, unlike in call forwarding that has the ability to receive calls in all platform

When pickup members are also call queue agents, they can pick up multiple queue calls concurrently.

How is this implemented? the issue is when there is only one available member of the queue, a second call to that queue doesn't ring to that available members phone.

This is a must for receptionists that handle calls for multiple business and the companies want a live receptionist to answer calls and to know which company they are calling - not the automated IVR. I have several companies that decided not to go with RingCentral just because of this. It's a deal breaker.

Issue that I have is while I am on the phone, people call the "Call Queue" that I am a member of, the call does not show up on the display for me to pickup. Basically I would like to answer call queue while I am on active call.
