This feature is enabled for Ultra and Ultimate packages across all RC and Partner brands.

I would like to see this as an about given to a customer in the IVR as like "press 1 to send a text message for us to call you back " which would text us the number to call back, or also we could text them automatically a link for them to book on our online appointment scheduler

i support this request, great idea. customer can ask to be called back instead of waiting, could be as easy as us receiving an email stating "call back this number queue position x"
