Every person that calls your office line, once them leave a message or hang up, they get an auto text from us Thanking them for calling, offering an alternative way for them to connect with us: instagram link, Youtube link, website, and a video link from Bombbomb..

I would like to see this as an about given to a customer in the IVR as like "press 1 to send a text message for us to call you back " which would text us the number to call back, or also we could text them automatically a link for them to book on our online appointment scheduler
