An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Del Rosario commentedHey guys! This feature is not available. However, we can do a workaround for this. There are two options for this. 1st: Your team member needs to log in to the web portal (https://service.ringcentral.com) using the general mailbox's ext number and the password of that ext. (Messages > Inbox)Note: If you don't have the extension's password, you can always reset it through your Admin Portal (assuming that you are the admin).2nd: You can log in and out using your RingCentral app. You have to log out of your original extension before log in to the general mailbox's extension. For example, The extension for the general mailbox is extension 100.Log in as 458- 888-8888 > ext 100 > password.Thank you!
