    Agree with the other comments. Our business also relies on MMS to prepare quotes and follow up with document request, without this feature, shared in box is almost useless to us.

  2. MMS is currently not working for the Shared Inbox under the RingEX Customer Engagement Bundle plan.

    I second this request. Our business relies heavily on MMS, as clients frequently send images of documents they want us to review.
