I am reaching out as a user of your platform and would like to highlight an essential feature that is missing: the ability to delete message threads between team members. ( not text conversations but MESSAGE)
In my organization, we use a general line that is accessed by different team members. However, the inability to delete old or unnecessary message threads creates challenges in managing our communication effectively. It’s crucial to maintain a clean and organized workspace, especially when multiple users handle the same account or line.
This feature is standard in many messaging platforms, and adding it to RingCentral would greatly enhance the usability and flexibility of your app. I urge you to consider making this functionality available in a future update.
