Option to clear message history for ringcentral app messages

Users in my organization would also like the ability to delete Messages in the Messages tab that have been sent to them (not SMS messages, direct messages). Admin support staff frequently forward voicemails via direct messages to other users to act upon. Once those voicemail DMs have been listened to, our team members would like the ability to delete messages that they have received. I am aware that you can delete DMs that you've sent but I would the ability to delete messages as the receiver.

In my organization, we use a general line that is accessed by different team members. However, the inability to delete old or unnecessary message threads creates challenges in managing our communication effectively. It’s crucial to maintain a clean and organized workspace, especially when multiple users handle the same account or line.
This feature is standard in many messaging platforms, and adding it to RingCentral would greatly enhance the usability and flexibility of your app. I urge you to consider making this functionality available in a future update.
