    We would like to enable a feature wherein the Account and Contact name would automatically be populated in Salesforce whenever we would create new cases when calls are made

    Additional request: In Teams meeting you have to manually stick your phone into Busy, via the BT Cloud Work app.

    So even though the embedded presence changes, the system will still allow the phone to ring.
